How to use this demo
- Click Buy tickets. An event and a sample email are filled in.
- Click Buy tickets again. The next event and a new email are filled in, like a different customer.
- In the admin panel below, click File chargeback on the second order. The dispute evidence opens and lists the first order: placed by the same visitor and never disputed.
- Place the second order in incognito mode instead. The evidence still links it to the first one.
- You can reset this scenario with the Restart button at the top right.
Note
Clearing cookies and opening a private window within a few minutes gives one visitor several new cookies in quick succession. ShieldLabs reads that as automation, so for the next few minutes the demo refuses the request with a browser automation message.
